Make the "Save Changes" button in the profile page show visual feedback

Purchased a sub and went to set up my profile page info, then clicked on the Save Changes button, but it didn't visually react to a press, no notifications popped up anywhere to confirm it did the changes, nothing that would indicate my button click was register.

For a solid 5 seconds I was confused if it worked or not. Some UI/UX 101 is needed there.
